Swami Ram Prasad ji Maharaj is the elder son of Shri Swami Harigovind Ji Maharaj. Leading his life on his Great father’s footsteps Swami Ram Prasad has given new look to the folk theatre of Vraj Bhoomi. He directs and presents Ras Lila , Chaitanya Lila, Bhakta Charitras and Ram Lila.

So far as Ram Lila is concerned Swami Ram Prasad has changed the old mixed literature and poetry in Hindi. The Base poetry (RAM CHARIT MANAS) of great poet Goswami Tulsi Das is still and shall be the main source of inspiration for any Ram Lila presentation by Swami Ram Prasad ji. He has been performing   since 1977 and has toured entire India with his group of artists. In recent past he performed in Bangkok ( the Capital of Thailand) for eight days.

He has performed for many Govt. and big non-governmental organizations houses of India. Alike his father he too has received many appreciation awards and felicitations from all over India
